Grace Burns is 15 years old and just started sophomore year at Saints Peter and Paul High School. This is Grace’s second season as a Continuum Dance apprentice. Grace has been dancing for the past eight years at the MidShore Dance Academy. She has studied in ballet, tap, lyrical ballet, musical theater, modern, jazz, hip hop, African, and contemporary. Her favorites are ballet and tap, for she loves both equally. She dances five nights a week, all while juggling homework, band, choir, acting, and other clubs and activities.
Madeline Frankos is an eighth grader who resides in Talbot County. This is her first year as an apprentice with Continuum Dance. She has been dancing for eleven years at MidShore Dance Academy in Easton, studying ballet, modern, and jazz, as well as ballet theatre and contemporary theatre. Her favorite dance style is modern. Outside of dance, Madeline enjoys drawing, playing with her dog, and hanging out with friends. When she grows up, she wants to be a zoologist while also taking dance classes in her free time.
Natalie Haddock is a 7th grader at St. Michaels Middle School. She is entering her eighth year of dance at Mid Shore Dance Academy. She loves all forms of dance, but if she had to choose her favorite, it would be ballet. Natalie is so excited to be an apprentice with Continuum. When she is not dancing, Natalie enjoys singing and acting. She loves animals, spending time with friends and family, decorating her bedroom, and swimming. One day, Natalie would love to dance professionally and own her own dance studio.
Ashleigh Wojcik is a sophomore at St. Michaels Middle High School and has been dancing for eleven years at MidShore Dance Academy. She studies all types of dance styles including ballet, lyrical, musical theatre, jazz, modern, and hip-hop, with her favorite styles being ballet and hip-hop. When not dancing, Ashleigh likes to go shoe shopping to add to her vast collection, watch Marvel movies, and enjoys seeing live music and shows. Dance has become such a crucial aspect of her life, in large part because of the wonderful friends and, ultimately, family she has found through it.
