Dreamers Reprise is the remounting of an original contemporary dance work that premiered in fall of 2025 - Continuum Dance's return to the stage after a hiatus stemming from the pandemic. Post-pandemic, we have embraced a stage of rebuilding - one that has reignited our vision and strengthened our message: dance is for everybody. Dreamers brings this message to life.

Exploring themes of aspiration, identity, resilience, and community, the performance features adult dancers of all ages and abilities, united by creativity, dedication, and joy. In addition to both returning and new company dancers, we have also invited community members to join us on stage to share a fun, engaging piece with our audience - some will be stepping on stage for the very first time!

This program is funded in part by Talbot Arts with revenues provided by the Maryland State Arts Council and the governments of Talbot County, Easton, Oxford, and St. Michaels. Additional support is provided by the Choptank Arts & Culture Exchange. 

Continuum Dance fosters a vibrant and welcoming community where dance is for everybody. Regardless of dance background or experience, we are offering an opportunity for any community member to join us on stage as part of our Dreamers Reprise. If you want to dance on stage, we want you to do just that!

What we'll ask of you:

• Attend two rehearsals: Sat., Sept. 12, 10:30am-12n & Thurs., Sept. 17, 5:30-6:30pm
• $30 rehearsal fee (scholarships available)
• Purchase a Continuum Dance shirt of your choice
• Perform with us the weekend of Sept. 26 & 27
• HAVE FUN!
