All-Levels Adult Classes
Our classes are open to all, from beginners to seasoned dancers. We offer a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere where you can learn, grow, and enjoy the process. We strive to make dance accessible, empowering, and fun!
Parent & Me Dance
Our Parent & Me dance classes provide an opportunity for little ones and their grownups to connect, create, and move together in a joyful, low-pressure space. Plus, each class has a fun, unique theme!
Performances
Our performances bring together dancers of all ages and backgrounds in meaningful, community-centered productions. From large-scale productions to smaller, private performances, we celebrate connection through dance.
Continuum Dance is a Maryland 501(c)(3) dedicated to fostering a vibrant and welcoming community where dance is for everybody.
