Our dance workshops are designed to be welcoming, energizing, and accessible, offering a chance to try something new, move your body, and connect with music in a supportive space. Whether you're looking to explore creativity, build skills, or simply have fun, our workshops are about discovery, expression, and enjoying the freedom of movement together.

 

Workshops are open to adults and teens, ages 16+, with no prior dance experience needed!

Motown Moves! - Saturday, July 11

with Malley

Get ready to step back into the sounds of the '60s and '70s in this upbeat, feel-good workshop inspired by the golden age of Motown. We'll groove to iconic hits like Dancing in the Streets, Proud Mary, I Heard It Through the Grapevine, and more while learning fun choreography that captures the energy, style, and spirit of the era. Expect plenty of movement, lots of smiles, and a lighthearted atmosphere where everyone can jump in and have fun.

Suggested footwear: bare feet, socks, or jazz shoes

 

Modern Dance for Beginners - Saturday, August 1

with Sherry

Discover a new way to move through this welcoming introduction to modern dance. You'll explore the fundamentals through expressive movement and simple combinations in a supportive, no-pressure environment where every body—and every experience level—is welcome.

Suggested footwear: bare feet or socks

All Workshops:

Wear clothes you can comfortably and confidently move in.

Suggested footwear is included with the description for each workshop, though all classes can be attended in socks or bare feet.
