Discover a welcoming space where movement, music, and self-expression come together. Our adult dance classes are designed for people of all backgrounds - from absolute beginners to seasoned dancers - offering a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can learn, grow, and enjoy the process. With an emphasis on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and body awareness, our classes make dance accessible, empowering, and fun!
Classes are held weekly, except federal holidays, and are open to ages 16+, unless otherwise noted.
Mondays, 5:30-6:30pm
Open Ballet:
with Allison or Malley (rotating instructors each month)
Step into the beauty of ballet! This open-level class encourages dancers to build confidence, improve form, and find joy in movement. While best-suited for those with foundational ballet knowledge, this class is open to all.
Suggested footwear: ballet slippers or socks

Discover the joy of musical theatre in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. This adult class combines movement, storytelling, and fun Broadway-inspired choreography — no dance or theatre experience required. Come as you are and enjoy the freedom to move, create, and connect.
Suggested footwear: bare feet, socks, or jazz shoes
July: Lyrical

with Malley
Move with the music in a supportive, welcoming environment where expression matters more than perfection. Influenced by ballet, modern, and jazz, this feel-good class is open to all levels and invites you to connect with the music, build confidence, and enjoy the joy of movement.

with Sophie
Learn fun, easy-to-follow choreography inspired by some of our favorite pop artists! Whether you're brand new to dance or have years of experience, you'll leave feeling energized, accomplished, and ready to dance like nobody's watching.

September: Yoga Dance
6:30-7:30pm
with Natalie
Led by guest instructor and RYT200 yoga teacher Natalie Lentz, this unique class blends yoga, tribal dance, breath, and sound into an empowering movement experience. Designed for every body and every experience level, you'll breathe, move, sweat, and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming, judgment-free space. Bring a yoga mat or borrow one from the studio.
