Primary Instructors

Malley Everngam

What do you love most about teaching dance?

I love witnessing the moment it all clicks—when dancers realize their own capabilities and gain confidence through joy, expression, and growing artistry.

What inspires you, both inside and outside the dance studio?
Anything that sparks curiosity, emotion, or an impulse to move—whether it brings joy, laughter, thought, or even challenge—inspires me.

How would you describe your teaching approach or class vibe?
My classes balance laughter with thoughtful challenge, creating an intentional, supportive space where every dancer is encouraged to trust and enjoy their unique process.

What’s one thing you hope dancers gain from your classes beyond technique?
I hope dancers leave feeling seen, valued, and courageous, with a deeper appreciation for who they are beyond the dance.

Allison Williams

What do you love most about teaching dance?

I love getting to share something that’s been part of my life forever and watching people relax, laugh, and realize their bodies are way more capable than they thought.

What inspires you, both inside and outside the dance studio?

I’m inspired by everyday movement, music that makes me move even without realizing it, and others who aren’t afraid to be fully themselves - and maybe a little bit silly.

How would you describe your teaching approach or class vibe?

I'm a bit of a goofball and definitely don't take myself too seriously. My classes are encouraging and low-pressure, with lots of room to play and try things out.

What’s one thing you hope dancers gain from your classes beyond technique?
I hope dancers leave feeling more at home in their bodies, a little braver, and reminded that movement can be fun, freeing, and for everyone.

Natalie Lentz (Yoga Dance Instructor)

What do you love most about teaching?

I've always felt at home in movement class, even at times when there may be chaos going on outside the door. I love being a part of sharing this in hopes that everyone in class will feel the same sense of home.

What inspires you, both inside and outside the studio?

I've very inspired by various types of music. From a broader perspective, I'm inspired by how we are all connected.

How would you describe your teaching approach or class vibe?

My approach is to guide the class toward awareness of, trust in and alignment with their own bodies.

What’s one thing you hope participants gain from your classes beyond technique?

I hope class members gain confidence in their own instincts, mind-body connection and, of course, leave with a smile and some sweat as a bonus.
