Our dance workshops are designed to be welcoming, energizing, and accessible, offering a chance to try something new, move your body, and connect with music in a supportive space. Whether you're looking to explore creativity, build skills, or simply have fun, our workshops are about discovery, expression, and enjoying the freedom of movement together.

 

Workshops are open to adults and teens, ages 14+, with no prior dance experience needed!

Country Line Dancing - Saturday, February 7

Grab your boots and hit the floor for a fun-filled country line dancing workshop! Learn classic and contemporary line dances set to crowd-favorite country hits. This workshop is all about easy-to-follow steps, great music, and lots of laughs - no partner or prior experience needed. Perfect for anyone looking to move, socialize, and leave with a few moves ready for the dance floor!

Suggested footwear: boots, socks or bare feet

 

Broadway Bound! - Saturday, March 7

Step into the spotlight with this high-energy dance workshop open to all levels - no stage experience required. In this upbeat, confidence-boosting class, you'll learn iconic Broadway-inspired choreography, explore storytelling through movement, and channel the magic of musical theatre in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned performer, this workshop celebrates the joy of performance, the thrill of big musical numbers, and the pure fun of dance! Curtain open - let's shine!

Yoga Dance - Saturday, April 4

Taught by guest instructor and RYT200 yoga teacher, Natalie Lentz, this session embodies a blend of yoga, tribal dance, breath, and sound for a fun and empowering movement experience. Get ready to breathe, move, sweat, and let your inner self shine and align. Bring a yoga mat or borrow one from the studio.

Improv for Everybody - Saturday, May 9

Let go of the steps and discover the joy of dancing in the moment. This playful improv workshop is designed for everyone - no dance experience required. Through guided prompts, creative exercises, and music exploration, you'll experiment with movement, spontaneity, and self-expression. There's no "right" way to move here - just curiosity, connection, and freedom. Come as you are and see where the music takes you.

Tap & Rhythm Play - Saturday, June 6

TAP SHOES NOT REQUIRED! Make music with your body in this rhythm-based movement workshop. Using footwork, clapping, body percussion, and playful rhythmic patterns, this class explores timing, texture, and groove in a fun, accessible way. Perfect for all levels, this workshop focuses on listening, layering rhythms, and finding joy in sound and movement.
